The realization of an order to Skyline Satellite S.L. means automatic acceptance on the part of the buyer of these conditions of sale, as well as the signature of receipt of our delivery note or invoice of sale.
Our shipping rates are very competitive in standard conditions and charged on the invoice, as long as you use agencies agreed with Skyline Satellite S.L.
All products in normal use have a minimum warranty of twelve months from the date of the sales invoice, except for special promotions in which the warranty is detailed.
The product guarantee covers the costs derived from the total or partial replacement of elements and labour, provided that these repairs are carried out by our technicians; transport and/or travel expenses are excluded.
This guarantee does not cover breakdowns caused as a result of incorrect installation, improper use or inadequate manipulation or fraud on the part of the purchaser, nor does it cover cases of fortuitous events or force majeure.
In order to benefit from the product guarantee it will be essential to send the product to Skyline Satellite S.L. carriage paid, enclosing a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note.
Incidents due to faults on the part of the transport agency must be reported in the presence of the carrier and recorded on the delivery note of the company, with the signature of the carrier’s operator. However, it will be made in writing within 24 hours after the reception of the goods and will be communicated to Skyline Satellite S.L. Any action derived from the non-fulfilment of these requirements will be to the detriment of the receiver of the goods and will be the sole responsibility of the receiver.
The return of goods will always travel at the risk and expense of the customer, and will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery of the same, in any case will not be accepted without the prior authorization of the sales department.
The goods returned for reasons not attributable to Skyline Satellite S.L. will be discounted by 15% of the net invoiced value, in concept of participation for revision and conditioning.
The customer has the right to request a detailed estimate, the cost of which must be paid in case of non-acceptance.
Repairs must be sent carriage paid with a detailed explanation of the fault in order to avoid unnecessary costs and delays in locating the fault.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The method of payment is by Paypal credit card or bank transfer, unless prior agreement has been reached with the administration department.
Skyline Satellite S.L. reserves the ownership of the goods delivered or repaired until the customer has not paid the full amount. Any divergence between the parts will be, with express resignation to its jurisdiction will be put under the courts and courts of the social address of Skyline Satellite S.L.
